Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

Email returns@northline.co with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Items marked "Final Sale," gift cards, and Rewards membership dues are non-refundable.
